I had an amazing stay at this hotel with its comfortable rooms offering fantastic views of the beach and screened-in terraces. You can't beat the stunning ocean views. The rooms were not only clean but also provided a great ocean view, allowing us to enjoy a fabulous gulf view together.

Staying at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, especially in the Sanibel building and the one-bedroom suite in the Captiva building, seemed a bit outdated but were overall very clean. However, standing water on the balcony after rain was a downside. On the bright side, the view down the beach toward Sanibel Island was stunning, and the screened-in balcony was a great place to relax.

The service was incredibly friendly, good-humored, and laid back. From bringing chairs and umbrellas to the beach area to interactions with staff like Bill, Patrick, and Chris, everyone was awesome. The service during our stay was top-notch.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious with a stunning view of the Gulf, and the pool and beach were perfect. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel in the Sanibel building was a bit overpriced, possibly due to the tiredness of the building. However, the rooms were very spacious, more like a one-bedroom apartment than a hotel suite, providing an extra view down the beach toward Sanibel Island. The room was very roomy and comfortable.
